What we collect

This website has no forms, accounts, analytics or advertising cookies. If you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you choose to write. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard technical logs, such as IP address and time of request, to run the site securely; our email is hosted by Microsoft 365. Both process this data on our behalf.

Why and on what basis

We use your messages to reply and to discuss a possible business relationship, on the basis of our legitimate interest and of steps taken at your request before a contract. Technical logs are kept for security, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

How long we keep it

Business correspondence is kept for as long as the relationship requires and for as long as required by law. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed to keep the site secure, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to info@novapet.it. You can also complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
